Our volunteer doctors are on call around the clock in the Cumbria area to provide pre-hospital enhanced emergency care to anyone in need, wherever that may be. At 19.15 on Thursday 18th July, a BEEP Dr attended 54 yr old lady that had fallen from a horse near Long Marton; she was treated at the scene before an NWAS ambulance arrived, & she was then transported by land ambulance to Carlisle for further treatment.
